How to get started
Add your property
Enter the address and the rooms. You only do this once.
Send your guest a link
Your guest fills in the check-in on their phone before they arrive.
Hostivio does the rest
It records the guest in the register, sends the Ubyport report and calculates the tax.
What we handle for you
Guest register
We record every guest with all the details the law requires. If you are inspected, you download the register as a PDF.
We keep the records for 6 years, as the law requires.
Foreign guest reporting
From the details your guest enters at check-in, we send the report to the foreign police straight to Ubyport, manually or automatically. Included in Pro and Business.
The deadline is 3 working days, and fines go up to CZK 50,000.
Tourist tax
We calculate the local fee from your municipality's rate and the number of nights each guest stays.
In Prague it is CZK 50 per person per night.
Online check-in
Guests fill in their details on their own phone before they arrive. When they get there, you just hand over the keys.
The form includes the GDPR notice.

Is Hostivio really free?
Yes, the basic plan is free with no time limit. You only pay if you want more accommodations or advanced features.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly saves you 20%: Pro costs 1,910 CZK and Business 7,670 CZK a year. All prices are final.
Does integration with Ubyport and UNL work?
Yes. Hostivio is connected to Ubyport directly and sends the reports for you, with one click or automatically. Enter your Ubyport credentials once. You can still download a UNL file as a backup.
Is my data safe?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on EU servers in compliance with GDPR.
What languages is the app available in?
Hostivio is available in Czech, English, and Vietnamese.
