Terms of Service
Effective from January 1, 2026
1. Introductory Provisions
These terms of service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Hostivio s.r.o. ("Hostivio") and users of the Hostivio platform (the "User"). By using the Hostivio service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Hostivio is an accommodation management platform that allows Users to manage reservations, register guests, generate documents, and automate the administrative processes involved in operating accommodation facilities.
3. User Account
Registration is required to use the service. The User is obliged to provide truthful and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for the security of their password and for all activity carried out under their account. Hostivio reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payments
Hostivio offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Business). Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Payments are processed via Stripe. The User can cancel their subscription at any time in account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hostivio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Hostivio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and reserves the right to perform planned and unplanned maintenance.
6. Data Protection
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Data is stored on servers within the European Union and processed in accordance with the GDPR.
7. Changes to the Terms
Hostivio reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify Users of any material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
